Manufactured Home Search (for BC only)

If you have initiated a Collateral Search, you are brought to the Collateral Search page, which is a combination search page that allows you to submit multiple types of Collateral Searches. To search for liens against a manufactured home or homes, and/or for registered ownership details, complete the following steps:
 

1. Scroll to the Manufactured Home Numbers section and enter the serial number(s) of the home(s) to be searched.
   
   
    

2. If a PPSA Search is desired, ensure the PPSA checkbox is selected.
    

3. To have the history of registered ownership returned on the home, select (check) the Registered Owner checkbox.
    

4. If another Collateral Search type is to be submitted, then complete the appropriate section:  
   
   Serial Number Search
   Business Debtor Search
   Individual Debtor Search
   Registration Number Search
   Aircraft Search (BC only)
    

5. In the Options section, you have the option to request a certified government print.  
   
   
    

6. In the Additional Instructions section, you have the option of entering any extra information or comments (note that doing so will force the search into a manual queue at D+H Operations, thereby affecting the turnaround time).
