CSRA Search (Ontario only)

If you have initiated a Collateral Search, you are brought to the Collateral Search page, which is a combination search page that allows you to submit multiple types of Collateral Searches. To obtain documents under the Corporation Securities Registration Act (CSRA), complete the following steps:
 

1. Scroll to the CSRA Search section and enter the CSRA numbers to be searched.
   
   
    

2. Selecting (checking) the Particulars checkbox will return the stamped back page and pages showing the secured party(ies) and debtor(s). Selecting Copy of Full Document will return the complete document.
    

3. If another Collateral Search type is to be submitted, then complete the appropriate section:
   
   Serial Number Search
   Business Debtor Search
   Individual Debtor Search
    

4. In the Options section, you have the option to request a certified government print.  
   
   
    
    

5. In the Additional Instructions section, you have the option of entering any extra information or comments (note that doing so will force the search into a manual queue at D+H Operations, thereby affecting the turnaround time).
