Ordering Corporate Documents

If you have initiated a Corporate Search, you are brought to the Corporate Search page, which is a combination search page that allows you to submit multiple types of Corporate Search services. To order Corporate/Business/Partnership Profile, Certificate of Status/Certificate of Compliance (US), copies of Corporate Documents, Sheriff/Writs, and Court Records, complete the following steps:

 

  1. If necessary for the order, in the City field, enter the city of the business.


     

  2. Scroll to the Business Names and Individual Names section and enter the names of the business(es) and/or individuals to be searched.


     

  3. Scroll to the Services section, and select the documents you want to order. For the jurisdictions other than Quebec, the options are as follows:

    Corporate Particulars
    Corporate/Business/Partnership Profile
    Certified (for Ontario only)
    Certificate of Status/Certificate of Compliance (US)
    Corporate Copies - any business-constituting documents filed with the respective Corporate Registry, such as Articles of Incorporation and Articles of Amendment.

    Sheriff/Writs
    Executed search on the registered owner(s)
    Copies of write of execution

    Court Records
    Bulk Sales
    Litigation




    For the province of Quebec, the options are as follows:

    Corporate Particulars
    CIDREQ
    Certified CIDREQ
    Certificate of Attestation
    Certificate of good standing
    Copy of documents - any business-constituting documents filed with the respective Corporate Registry, such as Articles of Incorporation and Articles of Amendment.

    Court Records
    Civil Index
    Criminal Index
