Name Search

If you have initiated a Corporate Search, you are brought to the Corporate Search page, which is a combination search page that allows you to submit multiple types of Corporate Search services. To execute a Corporate Profile name search, complete the following steps:

1. If necessary for the order, in the City field, enter the city of the business.
   
   
    

2. Scroll to the Business Names and Individual Names section and enter the names of the business(es) and/or individuals to be searched.
   
   
    

3. Scroll to the Services section, and from the Name Search section, select the type of name search:
   
   Preliminary - search NUANS to return any matching names.
   Provincial - obtain provincial business name report
   Federal (NUANS) - obtain NUANS report on business name
