If you initiated a Bank Act search to determine whether a Notice of Intention to give security has been filed, you are brought to the Bank Act page. Complete the following steps:

1. Enter the name of the company or individual.
    
2. Click the Review Order button and proceed to Reviewing and Submitting Search Order.
