Reviewing and Submitting Registration Order

  1. After you have entered the registration transaction details, you would click the Review Order button and the Registration Review Page appears (below) for you to confirm the registration details.



  2. To change any details, click the Change Order button to return to the previous page and make your changes.

  1. To proceed with the transaction, click the Proceed button. The Registration Request Submitted Page appears, and the registration transaction is assigned a unique Registration Request Reference id (circled below).



  2. When the registration results are complete, an email notification will be sent to the email address set up in your user profile as well as any additional email addresses you had entered when initiating the registration.  The notification will be in both English and French and will read as follows:

    Please be advised that the results for the registration submitted by you on <Date> are ready to be viewed.

    Note that the email notification does not include the registration results. The results must be opened and viewed in CollateralGuard RC via the PPSA Registration Statements tab.* See Looking Up a Registration


    *Yukon registrations are not available online in CollateralGuard RC. These registrations will be sent via email or fax.
